Aubrey Hall, M.D. presented Physician Recognition Award by Employee Advisory Group of Alleghany Regional Hospital

February 5, 2008, Low Moor, VA – Aubrey Hall, M.D., has been honored with the Physician of the Quarter Award by the Employee Advisory Group at Alleghany Regional Hospital.  Hall, board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, is with Jackson River Internists and is a member of the active medical staff of Alleghany Regional Hospital. As an internist, Hall specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and non-surgical treatment of diseases in adults.  

“Alleghany Regional Hospital is extremely please to present this physician recognition award to Dr. Hall,” stated Cindy Wright, RN, a member of the Employee Advisory Group.  “Dr. Hall is a remarkable individual, and we are most fortunate to have him on the medical staff of Alleghany Regional Hospital.”

The Physician Recognition Award, which honors a physician each quarter, was originally conceptualized by an advisory committee comprised of the hospital’s operating room staff, then expanded to the whole medical staff.  The purpose of the award is to recognize physicians who provide exceptional services to their patients, families and staff. 

All physicians at Alleghany Regional Hospital are eligible for the award presented on a quarterly basis.  Nominations from the staff for the award are taken by a volunteer nominating committee appointed by the Employee Advisory Group.
